“The city of Wellston will see nearly $90 million in private investment and federal grants this year. The investments will help fund a variety of projects, from warehouse and logistics facilities to a youth soccer complex.
According to the St. Louis Economic Development Partnership, two industrial parks, located at 1335 Ogden Ave. and 6440 Page Ave., have been sold to developers who plan to build facilities that support warehousing, logistics, distribution and light manufacturing operations. The two projects, totaling more than $80 million, are expected to create 600 jobs total…”
