Construction is underway on the first of five planned distribution facilities at the $129 million Lakeside Logistics Center in St. Peters, Mo.. Contegra Construction broke ground on a 490,000-square-foot distribution center for developer NorthPoint Development. The facility will be completed by the end of this year.
Located on a 190-acre site at 16000 Spencer Road, the Lakeside Logistics Center will capitalize on its proximity to Highway 370 and Interstate 70, just 15 minutes from St. Louis Lambert International Airport.
