An auto parts distributor will occupy most of the space in a warehouse building under construction in St. Charles County.
Reaction Auto Parts Inc. signed a lease to move its distribution space, taking 265,393 square feet in the newest warehouse built at Premier 370 Business Park in St. Peters, according to a news release.
The warehouse at 7001 Premier Parkway, scheduled to finish construction by the end of the year, will have 366,916 total square feet. The other 101,000 square feet is still available, according to the release.
