A developer is proposing a new industrial project be built on farmland in Maryland Heights, near two other recently approved new warehouse projects.
Developer Cornerstone Land Co. hopes to build warehouses on 30 acres at 14009 Creve Coeur Airport Road, near several other warehouse developments that are already underway or planned in Maryland Heights. The developer presented the concept proposal for “Maryland Park Industrial” to the city’s planning commission at its March meeting.
