The developer behind a massive $1.2 billion project on the downtown riverfront and the city of St. Louis have reached a milestone in advancing the project’s $200 million first phase.
With the approval by a second city board Tuesday of a master redevelopment agreement between the city and developer, New York-based Good Developments Group, the project is closer to closing in on financing for phase one, which would primarily consist of the historic rehab of the Crunden-Martin building complex south of the Gateway Arch, said GDG CEO Greg Gleicher.
