Saint Louis University is hosting the Gateway Regional Environmental, Health and Safety Conference & Expo on Tuesday, October 3, at the Busch Student Center. This conference brings together anyone working in EHS roles, or those whose responsibilities include EHS, to network and take part in workshops across a range of topics, including: DOT & Fleet Safety, Marijuana in the Workplace, Psychology of Safety, Process Safety Management, Mental Health, Practical Ergonomics, DEI & Safety aligned with business growth, and more.
The conference is ideal for business owners, safety managers, supervisors, safety committee members, human resource managers, public utilities, municipalities, and college students. Small to mid-sized MBE/WBE/DBE firms are encouraged to attend and are eligible for a no-cost afternoon “Safety” Focus session. This interactive session focuses on improving their company’s safety plan, learning about EMR, and gives the opportunity to meet the St. Louis Area OSHA Director.
