“Construction of a 375,200-square-foot industrial spec building is underway at Premier 370, according to documents filed with the city of St. Peters.
Duke Realty (NYSE: DRE) is the developer and builder behind the facility, which is located at 1001 Premier Parkway, near the entrance at Highway 370 and Harry S. Truman Boulevard. Matt Hrubes, vice president of leasing and development for Duke Realty in St. Louis, declined to comment.
Marketing materials on Duke Realty’s website show the building can be divisible to 125,000 square feet and will have space for more than 40 trailers and 234 cars on the nearly 25 acre-property.
