“Distribution Management has signed a long-term lease for a new industrial building in Duke Realty’s Premier 370 Business Park in St. Peters, among the largest deals in the last half of the year.
The St. Charles-based company, a technology, fulfillment and distribution provider, will occupy the entire 375,200 square feet when it moves in April, and is slated to leave 144,000 square feet in Park 370 in Hazelwood.
