Fast-growing technology-focused logistics firm ACERTUS has a new leader at the top.
St. Louis-based ACERTUS has hired Trent Broberg as CEO. Broberg most recently was chief operating officer with online freight matching firm truckstop.com. Prior to that, he held roles with logistics providers DB Schenker and Swift Transportation Inc.
Founded in 2010, ACERTUS provides “technology-driven” logistics services for the automotive industry. It offers vehicle transport, title and registration, vehicle storage, care and maintenance, vehicle home delivery and compliance services.
Broberg replaces William Billiter as CEO of ACERTUS. Billiter, who is a co-founder of the company and had been CEO since 2010, will remain a member of the company’s board.
