Large private company to lease excess office space on its Fenton campus

“UniGroup is leasing 50,000 square feet of excess office space on its Fenton campus.

The space, divisible to 20,000 or 30,000 square feet, includes access to UniGroup’s gym and cafeteria, officials said. Kevin McKeon and Dan Hayes of NAI DESCO are marketing the building at One Premier Drive.

The available Class B office space has been unoccupied for several years and is not due to downsizing, a company spokeswoman told the Business Journal…”
