Automotive Parts Distributor Signs on to North County Business Park with New Lease Deal

An industrial park in north St. Louis County has landed two new tenants, in a pair of deals that marked some of the largest industrial activity in the region during the third quarter.

St. Louis-based manufacturing company PFI Holding leased 299,000 square feet at Hazelwood TradePort, according to a report from commercial real estate firm CBRE. In addition, Exeter, Pennsylvania-based Keystone Automotive signed a new lease for 134,000 square feet at the same industrial park, according to the report.
