ITF Group, a logistics and supply chain company, is wasting no time in leveraging its new 107,000-square-foot office and warehouse in Hazelwood.
The locally based company acquired the property, the former headquarters of Boeing contractor Davidson Surface/Air, for $6.75 million a few weeks ago to consolidate its St. Charles and St. Louis city locations there. Already, some of ITF Group’s 45 U.S.-based employees have moved into the Hazelwood site, at 11990 Missouri Bottom Road, with a grand opening scheduled in January.
ITF Group is on the fast track to growth with plans to hire 40 to 50 additional people in St. Louis and reach $80 million in revenue in 2021, a 45% spike year over year. It’s a long way from the firm’s origins in the basement of founder, President and CEO Sam Burkhan.
