Construction starts on new industrial project in South City

“The Opus Group has started construction on a 155,000-square-foot spec warehouse in the Soulard Business Park.

The project will occupy about 8 acres and accommodate multiple tenants, with 32-foot height ceilings and 24 trailer parking stalls, officials said. Opus is the developer, design-builder, architect and structural engineer of record on the project. JLL’s Pat Reilly and David Branding are marketing the project for lease.

Opus expects construction to wrap up in the second quarter of 2020. An investment cost was not disclosed…”
