“More industrial space could be on the way at Premier 370 Business Park.
A proposed 375,200-square-foot industrial facility is listed in new marketing materials for the St. Peters development. The building would be located near the entrance at Highway 370 and Harry S. Truman Boulevard.
Matt Hrubes, vice president of leasing and development for Duke Realty in St. Louis, declined to comment.
